RYE — President Bush's cousin is making a run for local elective office. Peggy Peters is seeking a seat on the Rye City Council on an independent, bipartisan line.
Peters, whose late father, James Pierce, was former first lady Barbara Bush's brother, is playing down the Bush pedigree. |
