| Description | BATON ROUGE -- A woman seeking an abortion would have to undergo professional counseling before the procedure could be performed under a bill filed by a St. Tammany Parish lawmaker .
Rep. A.G. Crowe, R-Slidell, has filed House Bill 242, which would mandate the counseling. He said the woman would have to pay the costs of the counseling.
