Description | Oleksandr Moroz, the leader of the Socialist Party, has filed a motion (numbered 3410-18) with Verkhovna Rada to give the status of an official language to Russian, the Ukrainian News reports.
“The official languages of Ukraine are Ukrainian and Russian,” Moroz draft proposes. |
