| Description | "BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP - Former Democratic Assemblyman and state Sen. Thomas P. Foy, a well-known politician in Burlington County and Trenton, also was remembered yesterday as a fun-loving and generous man.
Foy, 53, collapsed and died of an apparent heart attack at Union Station in Washington, D.C., Wednesday night.
He served as a 7th District assemblyman from 1984 to 1990 when he was appointed to the state Senate, where he served until January 1992."
