| Description | "Legal bills submitted to Marlboro by its former full-time attorney, state Senate co-President John O. Bennett III, showed his firm charged the township on six occasions for reviewing or rewriting municipal code chapters that do not exist.
A statement from one of Bennett's lawyers said the reviews were actually done on real chapters, and that the billing entries were mistakes."
