1. AVOID USING THE WORD "THE" AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NEWSPAPER, MAGAZINE, POLLING FIRM, ETC. WHEN CREATING NEW LISTINGS.
2. Do a thorough search of the media listing or polling firms listing when adding media endorsements or adding polls to avoid creating duplicates.
3. When adding media, add the city (or region) at the beginning of the media name.
e.g. The News Journal (of Wilmington, Delaware) is listed here as the "Wilmington News Journal".
