one thing I realized quickly in the whole races/maps sorting is that there were a few parts of the process and it went a lot smoother to just all of one thing at a time instead of trying to change all the map/race dates in one constituency at a time

(in other words, change all the district race term dates, then map dates, then race dates)

Make sure you enter the Candidates' Favorite Biscuit as a [+meta] data. It is highly important electoral data.

I made the "Home Countries" to be equivalent to States, changed all the relevant Candidate States to the Home County, changed the Candidate Country to the UK and changed all the relevant Party fields to have a Country of UK.

that'll make it a lot easier for sorting out the UK candidates

there's a few candidates (mainly Bermuda and Northern Ireland candidates) who'll be under England until they're noticed. So there's still a reason to at least look at "View Out of State" (if nothing else, to see which candidates were duplicated accidentally)

kudos to the Lib Dems and Greens for just nominating their 2019 candidates to speed up the process of candidate entry on here

So we're thinking Labour on 670 seats then? (Yes, I know.)

At this rate, there will be a permanent ceasefire in Gaza by July 4th.

"Party of Women" appears to be a virulently anti-trans party.

There's a lot of Independent Candidates who just give their website link as Right to Life [Link] [Link]

Anyone know why they didn't form a Party? Are they hoping that people don't realize and just vote Independent? Are there logistical impediments?
