Populate the FEC Committee data for RaceMembers for all US House races.
The FEC has a better search by US State here: [Link]
I've been putting in all Candidates that have non-zero reports.
It's BS that US Senate candidates don't have to submit electronic filings. Once the Committee ID has been added, these reports will usually have to be added manually.
