In the Lower House, 300 Representatives are elected in 300 separate Prefectures. The additional 180 Representatives are elected on a proportional basis from eleven Block Constituencies, each containing multiple Prefectures.
Shikoku contains the following Shikoku Island Prefectures: Ehime, Kagawa, Kochi, and Tokushima.
