Description The Council is made up of 14 members, each elected from a district identified in numerical sequence as provided by the Home Rule Charter.

Regular Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month with the Joint Committee (Executive, Finance, Public Health and Safety, and Public Works) meetings immediately following the conclusion of the Council meeting.

All meetings are held in the Parish Council Chambers located on the 4th floor of the Main Court Building and begin at 6:00 p.m. (Holidays may change the dates of certain meetings). The public is invited to attend all meetings and encouraged to participate during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.

Persons wishing to address the Committees/Council for agenda/non-agenda items are required to complete and return a Speaker Participation Form.
