| Description |
The Assembly of the Posavina Canton is the supreme governing authority of the Posavina Canton, one of only three which are Croat-majority. Its members are directly elected by residents of the three municipalities that constitute the Canton. The Assembly appoints by majority vote the Canton's Premier and selects his/her ministers. The Assembly consists of 21 members who serve a four-year term.
