Most notable among them are Martin Andersen Nexø, Louis Aragon, Danilo Dolci, Miguel Ángel Asturias, Kamal Jumblatt, Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, Sam Nujoma, Miguel d'Escoto, Dorothy Hodgkin, Julius Nyerere, Abdul Sattar Edhi, Nelson Mandela, and Martti Ahtisaari.
