| Description |
Mandate to create an Arab Parliament given at the Arab League Summit of 2001. Parliament's outline set at the discretion of its Secretary-General at the time, Amr Moussa. Member states began selecting Parliament representatives in 2004, at a maximum four per member state. Still somewhat of a work in progress.
