Mendota is located at the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers. Visitors can access the Mississippi River through Fort Snelling State Park.
The City of Mendota City Council meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, at the VFW Post 6690 located at
1323 Sibley Memorial Highway within the City of Mendota.
The meetings begin at 7:30 p.m.
