The following counties make up Jefferson:
In Oregon: Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath and Lake.
In California: Butte, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama and Trinity.
