Hobbies: I voluntarily work in the community, I fight for equal & civil rights, I am a community activist, and I'm heavily involved in politics. Although it's not a hobby, I love and enjoy going to church to hear and learn the word of God. That is where my strength comes from.
Influence: Mr. William Mitchell, band, gospel choir. Mr. Mitchell was like a parent to many of us, when we were at school. Most of our parents trusted and respected him.
Things Different: Study more and make the necessary preparations to further my education after graduating High School.
As a former DISD School Trustee, I would like to see everyone become more involved in DISD. The children education should be important to all us. We all should be doing our part by upholding DISD Mission Statement "to prepare all students to graduate with the skills to become productive and responsible citizens".
