His job involves advising and providing training to numerous organisations in the private and public sector (including government departments up to ministerial level) on
how best to provide the right environment for individuals to reach their full potential either as employees or customers.

Politically, Stephen is the Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Eastbourne, one of our key target seats for the next General Election. He has been a member of the Party since its inception and prior to that was a member of the SDP. His interests outside politics and current affairs include fly fishing, sailing, classic cars, good food and good company.

Stephen was born and brought up in Mombasa, Kenya where his liberal beliefs and passion for the freedom of the individual from an over-mighty State first took root.

He is a member of the IOD, Woodland Trust and the RSPCA.
