| Info | Dr. Oscar Lovelace is the founding physician of the Lovelace Family Medical, P. A. Four years ago he was honored as the 1998 Top Doc of the Midlands.
A 1981 graduate of Clemson University, he was elected president of the student body there and at the Medical University of South Carolina in 1985. He served as chief Family Practice resident at the University of Virginia.
Boarded in Family Medicine, Dr. Lovelace has special medical interests in obstetrics, as well as preventative and agricultural medicines. He maintains membership in the American Medical Association, the SC Academy of Family Practice, the Christian Medical and Dental Society, and the American Acad. of Family Physicians.
He and his wife Mary have four children: Ben, Spence, Erin and Luke. Dr. Lovelace enjoys shrimping, swimming, and playing hambone.
