State Representative Kathi Foster was first elected to the Arizona House of Representatives in November 1994, District 20, on the Democratic ticket. She has been a resident of the district for over thirty years. Kathi was born in Chicago, Illinois, is married to David Foster and has five grown children. She has lived in Arizona for forty two years.
BACKGROUND:
Kathi has been continuously active in the community. In addition to the above, she is a Precinct Committeeperson, a deputy Registrar and a member of the District 20 Democrats. Kathi served eight years on the Cartwright Elementary School District Governing Board. Kathi serves her community in various ways including her work with the Cartwright Clothes Closet and Food Pantry; an organization that she helped to found in 1991 and which has served the needs of thousands of children and their families on the Westside.
