| Info | Ms. Ruthie Campbell is a lifelong resident of Central Baldwin County. She is a 1982 graduate of RHS, as well as, 1982 Vocational Center graduate, earning her certificate in Business & Office Education.
While attending college at Faulkner State Jr College, now Coastal Alabama, she graduated with honors as a Phi Theta Kappa graduate, with an Associate Degree in Applied Science.
In 2012, Ms. Campbell ran for Robertsdale City Council and is presently serving her third term.
As our city's liaison, Campbell serves on the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce as a board member since 2012. Prior to this, she served from 2005-2007 as a voting board member on Robertsdale's Planning Commission.
Campbell is an active member with the Alabama League of Municipalities as a member of the FAIR (Finance, Administration, and Intergovernmental Relations), as well as an Incoming Chair on the State and Federal Legislation Committee.
Among other awards and accomplishments, Council member Campbell serves on the Joel Council at the Robertsdale United Methodist Church, where she is a lifelong member. She is the Past President of the Robertsdale Rotary Club where she has received the Paul Harris award by Rotary International, and Rotarian of the Year award. She is the Chaplin for the Baldwin County Cattlewoman , and the Incoming Chair for the South Baldwin Republic Women.
Campbell is honored to serve on the Robertsdale City Council, and hoped to always do her best to make a difference, after all, this is her home too.
