| Info | raised in a family of 6 in Hooper and graduated from Roy High School. After graduating high school I joined the United States Army where I served 3 years in Germany and was deployed to Southwest Asia. I was in the 3rd Infantry Division and was assigned as a Tanker (19K). I received an honorable discharge and my current status is a Disabled Veteran. I came back to Utah where I was hired at Ogden City Police Department. The assignments I did were Patrol, Traffic, Gang Unit, and the Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force. Some awards I received were the Weber Morgan Narcotics Medal of Honor, (2) Ogden Police Medal of Valor, (2) Ogden Police Distinguished Service Award Unit Citations, B.L.O.C. Medal of Honor, and numerous Excellent Work Awards. I retired from the Ogden Police Department in 2015.
