| Info | I am a musician, a writer, and a performer.
I had never made it my life's plan to stand for election.However, I'm also an activist. As a disabled and proud queer woman, I know first-hand the devastating effects of rancid Tory politics, and I feel compelled to add my voice to the fight for justice and equality.
West Belfast is a proud and welcoming place that has been let down by Stormont and Westminster for decades. Poverty has been left unaddressed; homelessness is pervasive; and pollution is never far away. Westminster politicians try to scapegoat people like me, or those newcomers making a home here, to distract from their own failings. I know that only a group of radical Green MPs can stand up to the forces of inequality and bigotry.
I am committed to fighting for an alternative in West Belfast; for warm homes, for an end to austerity, and for social and environmental justice, in solidarity with those being massacred in Palestine. By voting for me on July 4th, you will be voting for a radical vision for a Greener, Cleaner, and Fairer world.
