Mumma; reelected to the two succeeding Congresses and served until his resignation on December 30, 1966 (May 16, 1961- December 30, 1966); was not a candidate for reelection to the Ninetieth Congress in 1966; died on July 27, 1970, in Harrisburg, Pa.; interment in Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg, Pa.
