Info | Paul is a husband, father, and a proud veteran of the U. S. Army. He is a committed Christian and the author of a best-selling book on Christian theology. He also served as a full-time pastor and Christian teacher for several years.
Paul is a 35-year career engineer and executive. Paul has served in senior technical and senior executive positions running projects spanning the Fortune 100, Department of Defense, and other government agencies. In addition, Paul has worked in the semiconductor and medical technology industries and developed several large-scale systems as chief architect on Federal projects. He has led projects in the United States, Japan, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Germany. In 2012, he decided to leverage his skills and experience in education and training by founding an education technology firm. The company develops advanced learning technology and methods based on neuroscience and evidence-based best learning practices.
Paul has worked in the non-profit field as well. He founded and operated a non-profit that focused on sustainable education projects in the ten poorest nations of Africa recovering from civil war. During that time, Paul helped start several schools in West Africa. Recently Paul founded the National Society for the Advancement of Black Americans (NSABA) to offer a conservative approach to the problems faced by urban poverty clusters. His focus at the NSABA has been on education research and delivering education programs for underperforming students. The NSABA has also strongly spoken out against Critical Race Theory (CRT) principles, having witnessed the detrimental effects CRT has on impoverished communities. The Prince William County Racial and Social Justice Commission invited Paul to speak on race in education. He successfully argued that no evidence exists that race impacts education and learning in Prince William County schools.
Paul is running to restore and protect the rights of parents to raise their children according to their values and to require schools to focus on academic excellence. Moral and social learning is the responsibility of parents. He believes that government must trust citizens with their freedom. That means trusting parents to do what is best for their children.
