| Info | attended the Emerson Institute in Washington, and upon graduation received one of the medals offered by the late Bishop Pinckney, of Maryland, the highest honors in the school. He entered Princeton University in the fall of 1894, graduating with his class in 1898 with the degree of Bachelor of Science. In 1900 he entered the National University Law School of Washington, D. C., and received therefrom the degrees of LL.B. and LL.M. in 1902 and 1903. respectively. In the fall of 1903 he was admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia.
