1984 - November 1996 Westminster City Council Served as Councilman, then was elected Mayor for four 2-year terms. Ran unopposed for Mayor in last election.
1978 -1984 Westminster Planning Commission. Served during time of great population and business expansion. Instrumental in building the Little Saigon District.

Project Manager at Rockwell on the space shuttle program and several satellite communication programs.

Combat veteran of the Korean war, a Marine Sergeant
FAMILY:
Chuck and his wife, Nancy, have been married for more than 40 years, and have lived in Westminster since 1962
