Sol knew from a young age that too many working families never get their fair shot.
As a social worker, Sol spent a decade making sure her neighbors had the basic support help themselves. But too many children, veterans, and working families across rural Colorado are slipping through the cracks.
And as Washington politicians try to score points on Twitter, we see working people get squeezed more and more – by rising prices, fewer jobs, crumbling schools, and rivers literally drying to dust.
Sol is running for Congress to make sure every Coloradan has a fair shot at making it. She brings what she learned from her mother and father to this fight. Sol promises to lead with the passion, hard work, and faith that have guided her and her family her entire life.
