InfoSean Hooker is a Councillor on the London Borough of Barnet and sits on the Environment Scrutiny Committee where he is a passionate advocate for recycling. He represents the Lib Dem Council Group on the Health and Social Care Board, which helps coordinate joint commissioning of services provided by the Local Authority and the NHS.
