| Info | In January 2001 Dave was elected to the Metropolitan Utilities District Board of
Directors. Dave shared a positive message during a competitive race and, as a result,
finished first in a crowded field. Due to his position on the board, Dave was soon
selected as Chairman of the Construction and Operations Committee. Under his
guidance, M.U.D. has embarked on one of the largest public works construction project
in the state. Dave was recently elected to the position of Chairman of the Board by his
fellow board members for 2005.
