| Info | Diana Kuncken has served on the Stanhope Borough Council since January 10, 2012. Before that she served on the Council from 1999 to 2008. Kuncken served as Mayor of Stanhope for two terms from 2004 to 2012. She ran unopposed in 2003, but faced opposition from former democratic Councilman Brian Murphy, she won with 60% of the vote. In 2012 she was appointed to the Council to fill Rosmarie Maio's seat after she was elected Mayor. She ran unopposed in 2012, 2013, and 2019. However Kuncken and her running mate Doreen Thistleton faced opposition from Najib Iftikhar in 2016, despite this they won by over 200 votes.
