| Info | Wiggins is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. After graduation from John Carroll Catholic High School, he joined the Alabama Air National Guard as a reservist and served until 1994. He attended Lawson State Community College and Talladega College where he graduated with a B. A. in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in May 1992 from The University of Alabama School of Law. In September 1992, he was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and became an Associate Attorney with Jones & Davis, PC. Subsequently, he was appointed Deputy Attorney General for the State of Alabama for property procurement. He began private practice in 1994 and later formed the partnership, Wiggins & Davis, LLC (unrelated). In 2004, Wiggins Law Firm, LLC was formed.
Wiggins is engaged in a civil law practice with emphasis in litigation, real estate, personal injury, business, and corporate law. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Magic City Bar Association.
