"I believe that substantial savings can come immediately from corrections and school aids. Nonviolent drug offenders should be released from our prisons, and aids to the wealthiest school districts should be eliminated. Statewide school choice vouchers will bring even more long-term savings in the state education budget. I also support expanding health care access through fully tax deductible health savings accounts. I strongly favor concealed carry, medical marijuana, and voter ID."
