| Info | She has always had dreams and aspirations to own a restaurant, and in 2016 that dream became a reality. Councilmember Keng is the proud owner of her small restaurant business Milk & Honey Café. She has been proud to share authentic Taiwanese cuisine and culture with the broader Fremont community.
Councilmember Keng is passionate about her local community, the same one in which she grew up and continues to call home. She graduated from Newark Memorial High school in 1993 and In 1997, she graduated with a B.A. in Business and Economics from UCLA. In 2000, she obtained her M.S. in traditional Chinese medicine. Councilmember Keng is the proud wife of a Marine, arriving in a horse-drawn carriage to a dreamlike a procession, she said “Yes” to her husband Robert at the Palmdale Estates in Mission San Jose. She currently resides in North Fremont with her husband and two children.
