| Info | oley, a commercial litigation attorney with Strauss and Troy, is serving his first full term in the 4th Ohio Senate seat, which represents the majority of Butler County. He was appointed to the seat in the spring of 2011 after Gary Cates resigned to become the Senior Vice Chancellor for the Ohio Board of Regents.
