Info | Steven grew up in St. Marys, moving to the area at the age of 6 after his father, a uniformed federal law enforcement officer, received a D.O.D. assignment at NSB Kings Bay. A product of one of the state’s top rated public education system, Steven attended Camden County School from elementary to high; graduating from Camden County High School. An honors graduate of Valdosta State University, Steven is the Executive Director of Camden Family Connection, where he has secured more than $1.5 million non-local funds for community health and development projects. As a part-time Deputy Sheriff for the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, Steven also instructs elementary and middle school youth on drug and crime prevention curriculum. Steven has been civically active for years through his roles as Planning Commission Chairman for the City of Woodbine, board member for the Camden County Chamber of Commerce and for Georgia Work Source Coastal. Steven has also volunteered his time as a Sunday school teacher at OLSS Catholic Church, and Vice-Chairman of Camden County United Way. Extensive grassroots involvement and leadership development skills, will allow Steven to champion conservative principles in a new era of politics in the Georgia State House of Representatives.
