| Info | Steve Larrick is currently serving as an elected representative for the Lower Platte South Natural Resource District. He works at the Nebraska Appleseed Center for Law in the Public Interest as a community development researcher. His earlier community development work included the creation and administration of Nebraska's Urban Community Improvement Program, as described at their web site.
Steve has more than 20 years of experience working with Nebraska communities through the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (1979-1984), the UNL College of Architecture (1990-2003), the USDA Farmers Home Administration (1977-1978) and the Lincoln Action Program (1978-1979). He also worked for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (1988-1990). He has a BA in Economics from Grinnell College in Iowa (1974) and an MSc in Rural Sociology from the University of Alberta in Edmonton (1988).
