Heidi Garcia is a 20-year veteran of the Broadcast industry where she spent time in both television and radio. She spent most of her time in sales, sales management and then created her own position providing recruiting, training and development for the largest broadcast company in the world.
She then ventured out on her own becoming Chief Strategist for her own consulting business, Sales Strategies Group. Ms. Garcia now works with small businesses to improve sales process and provide training, personal coaching and development to sales and management professionals.
Ms. Garcia originally hails from Florida but has spent most of her life in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
She also currently serves as a director for the Minnetonka School Board and the ICA Food Shelf. She has two daughters that attend Minnetonka High School and she and her family have lived in the district for 16 years.
