| Info | Mr. Supina previously served on the Eagan Energy and Environment Advisory Commission and the Eagan Advisory Planning Commission, as well as two Dakota County commissions. He is active in a number of local nonprofits including The Open Door, Art Works, the Eastview Community Foundation, the Eagan Community Foundation, and Eagan Kick-Start Rotary, where he served as president in 2019-2020.
Mr. Supina earned a BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. He and his wife, Gina Buccellato, a technical director at 3M, have resided in Eagan since 1993 where they have raised three children.
Mr. Supina has worked for most of his professional career as an architect and project manager for several Twin Cities architecture and construction firms. He now consults independently. His work has encompassed commercial, retail, healthcare, senior living, workforce housing and projects for the Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs both stateside and overseas. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has always sought opportunities to incorporate sustainable design principles into every aspect of his work, which he sees as key to more connected, inclusive, and sustainable communities.
