Info | Grayson "Kash" Jackson was born Benjamin Adam Winderweedle on October 04, 1978 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He entered naval service on August 19, 1996 at 17 years old, where he would serve 20 years of faithful service. Kash would receive many personal and unit awards to include Navy&Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal (6), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, Meritorious Unit Citation, Navy Unit Citation, Military Outstanding Service Medal, and numerous other awards. Kash received an associates in marine engineering through Coastline Community College and is working on completing his bachelors in criminal justice through Columbia College of MO. Tours that were completed during his illustrious career include USS Nebraska (Gold Crew), Naval Recruiting District New Orleans, Detachment Undersea Research & Development (Two Tours), Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois, Naval Submarine Support Center Bangor, Washington, Naval Service Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois.
Kash has been a long time supporter of his local communities wherever he was stationed and participated as a volunteer at local schools, church youth groups, Habitat for Humanity, and as a Reserve Sheriffs Deputy in Lake County, Illinois.
He has three children. Kolby, Kaedon, and Kaelee. The difficulties that he endured has made him a leading advocate for reform of the family law aspect of the judicial system and expanded his vision and understanding of Constitutional rights infringement in our state. Recognizing unconstitutional legislation has been a shortfall in the governors office and is why we have issues such as FOID cards, red lights cameras, and many other clear violations of Constitutional protections.
