Towe; reelected to the six succeeding Congresses and served from November 6, 1951, to January 3, 1965; unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1964 to the Eighty-ninth Congress; unsuccessful candidate for election in 1966 to the Ninetieth Congress; executive administrator, Bergen County, N.J., 1968-1970; engaged in real estate business in Englewood, N.J.; resided in Tenafly, N.J., where he died May 21, 1977; interment in Brookside Cemetery, Englewood, N.J.
