| Info | Wynter McIntosh was installed as Mayor of Lucea, and Chairman, Hanover Parish Council, August 28, 2014 (Incumbent).
Mr. McIntosh was first elected as Councilor to represent the Chester Castle Division in 2007. He is currently in his second consecutive term as the Councilor for the Division.
A graduate of the Wageningen University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Production, 1993-1998, Barneveld College Diploma in Animal Husbandry and Feed Milling Technology, 1988-1990 and Knockalva Agricultural School Certificate in Agricultural Education 1980-1983
He has been a Teacher at the Knockalva Agricultural School since 1983.
He is currently Chairman of Executive, Finance, Disaster Management, and Poor Relief Committees at the Hanover Parish Council.
Mr. McIntosh spearheaded the New Infirmary project at the Hanover Infirmary, Lucea Cleanup Campaign and Infrastructure Development in Chester Castle and other areas within the parish.
