Info | Dominick Stella, M.D., is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Nick is a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology as well as a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. He has presented at national meetings and has published research in journals. Dr. Stella enjoyed giving back to those that served in the military by treating veterans for nine years at the Edward Hines Jr. V.A. Hospital in Illinois.
Nick Stella was raised in Darien IL, graduated from Illinois Benedictine University in Lisle, and then proceeded to receive his M.D. in 1995 from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. After residency training at Loyola University, he stayed to complete his Fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. There, he was named both Cardiology Chief Fellow as well as Interventional Chief Fellow. Nick Stella, M.D., celebrates 17 years of marriage this year, and also has a daughter.
Nick Stella’s medical professional philosophy is to provide excellent patient care. “Medicine is such a rapid changing field that you have to stay on top or be left behind. I want to provide the best and most technologically advanced care for all my patients.”
Nick Stella’s political philosophy is to change the current “politics as usual” arena to an “alternative to politics as usual” arena. An excellent outcome is the motivation behind everything that Dominick Stella has set out to achieve in medicine and now sets out to achieve in his political career as well.
