As mayor of the second largest municipality in the province, Ken has demonstrated his ability to deliver results for his community. Under Ken’s leadership, Conception Bay South invested in vital new infrastructure which has helped spur the town’s growth, making it one of the fastest growing municipalities in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Before seeking public office, Ken owned and operated his own home appliance repair business after earning his Diploma in Accounting from the College of the North Atlantic. An active member of his community, he has volunteered with his local church parishes and the Lions Club for many years. His valuable experience as a small business owner and strong record as a municipal leader make Ken ideally suited to represent the people of Avalon in Parliament.
In his free time, Ken enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, hiking, hunting, and fishing with his family.
