| Info | I was born in Warrington and have lived here all my life.
I have seen many changes, not all of them good, from the establishment of Warrington New Town in the 70s to where we are now.
I stood for parliament in 2015. Since then, the population has doubled to 210,000, yet we still have the same hospital.
The council has manipulated at the edges regarding the infrastructure, building one new road from Wilson Pattern Street to Chester Road to alleviate congestion, then giving planning permission to build around 700 new houses. You really couldn’t make this up!
As your MP, I would fight for the much-needed new hospital in Warrington, which was previously agreed upon by the Conservatives but subsequently declined.
I would pressure any future council for complete transparency on the mountainous debt that we owe, currently standing at £1.8 billion. This has to be stopped.
We need an MP who puts our constituents first.
We need an MP who is here in our constituency at all times, available, accountable, aware of our issues, and able to prioritize the town.
Hospital needs Reform.
Infrastructure needs Reform.
Warrington debt needs Reform.
Housing needs Reform.
Warrington North needs Reform.
