| Info | Born in St. Louis in 1949, Frank Klipsch moved to Davenport in 1987 and was CEO of the Scott County Family Y for 25 years. He also served two years as president of the YMCA Youth and Family Foundation.
Klipsch currently teaches a class on leadership studies at St. Ambrose University. He has volunteered on the boards of CASI, Downtown Davenport Partnership, German-American Heritage Center and the River Music Experience.
