Info | Jolly served as a vice president of the Clearwater-based Boston Finance Group, a specialty finance and private equity company investing in job-creating businesses, as well as chief executive officer of Olympus Foundation Management, a Clearwater-based professional services company supporting life-cycle philanthropy of non-profits and individuals. Prior to that, Congressman Jolly created and owned multiple businesses, including a communications firm, a law firm and a consulting firm.
Congressman Jolly began working for Florida’s 10th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1995, serving important roles in a variety of legislative, legal and community positions. An attorney by training, his work on federal issues included matters related to the federal budget and appropriations process, constitutional law, Medicare and Social Security, defense and foreign affairs, immigration, and securities law and regulation.
Congressman Jolly received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University in Atlanta, Ga. He then studied in the evenings to earn a Juris Doctorate cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Va.
Congressman Jolly was born in Dunedin, Fla. and currently resides in Indian Shores, Fla.
