Nationally Acclaimed
Steve Weber has received national honors for his work as a certified public accountant. In 2008, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners published Weber’s work on computer fraud prevention. The Government Finance Officers Association honored Weber for Excellence in Financial Reporting and Innovative Accounting from 2000-2008.
Personal Life
Steve and his family live on their farm in Mokena. He is an avid fisherman and hunter, and he donates his time to rescuing injured wildlife. He donates his time as the Treasurer and Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America Rainbow Council, a member of the Exchange Club, and several conservation groups. A fiscal conservative, Weber believes in limited government and treating taxpayers with respect.
