| Info | Rosanna Gabaldón is committed to public service. She was elected to the State House of Representatives Legislative District 2 on November 6, 2012.
Elected Council Member of the Town of Sahuarita in 2009, she resigned in January 2012 in order to run for State Legislature LD2.
She serves on the First Things First South Pima Regional Council and is currently on the boards of the Green Valley Sahuarita Community Food Bank and Friends of the Green Valley Library, and the Southeast Arizona Citizen Advisory Council of the U.S. International Boundary Water Commission. She is focused on creating opportunities and prosperity by supporting and encouraging local education and economic development efforts.
Rosanna is an energetic and committed individual who has demonstrated the ability to plan, execute and see projects to the end. Rosanna’s has extensive experience working with volunteers where the challenge is to motivate and coordinate individuals from all walks of life. She brings a "can do" attitude, a fresh set of ideas and the skills necessary to work together to accomplish the goals of the Legislative District 2 and the State of Arizona.
As a Town of Sahuarita Council Member she has had the opportunities to work with the Town, the local business community and major business partners to bring together successful opportunities for growth and education. She is most proud of her participation in programs that involve working with children. She believes that children might be a small percentage of the population, they are 100% our future.
