| Info | Mark O'Brien is the type of politician we desperately need in Ottawa. Mark knows what kind of world he wants to leave to his children.
He has chosen to run for the Green Party because we are the only party that puts planet Earth ahead of consumer items, the only party that repeatedly calls for proportional representation. Mark wants to see wind powered electricity, organic agriculture, more train travel, clean air, food and water.
Mark is a loving husband and a dedicated father of three girls and a son. He is attending Teacher's College this autumn and in the past has worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. Mark has recently finished a university degree in linguistics and is also an Andean folk musician.
