Tim grew up in Sunbury. Whether in his Boy Scout troop, the Key Club or other organizations, Tim was continually chosen by his peers to lead. He was an active member of Shikellamy's forensics team, where he was a state finalist and national qualifier in competitive speaking.
After high school Tim attended Villanova University, where he graduated with a degree from the Honors Program while serving as an officer in the student government. He went on to attend the Georgetown Law Center, and was twice selected to represent one of the nation's best law schools in the Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court Competition.
In 1997, Tim returned home and established his Danville law practice on the principals of tough, effective advocacy before the courts. His reputation as an effective litigator has earned him appointments as a special master, fiduciary ad litem, trial and appellate counsel in felony cases, and as lead trial counsel in a capital murder case. Equally respected out of the courtroom, Tim has been invited to teach Public School Law and Business Law at Bucknell University where he serves as a member of the adjunct faculty.
Tim's record of dedicating himself to his community is evident. For a decade, he has guarded the legal needs of the Danville Area School District. He has dedicated himself to downtown revitalization, and served as the first president of Tomorrow's Vision, which would grow into the Danville Business Alliance. In dedicating his time and expertise to the community, Tim has served as pro bono counsel for the Iron Heritage Festival, the Danville Business Alliance, and the Danville Stadium Council to name a few. Named Presiding Justice of the Elks' Lodge, Tim was distinguished as the Elks' Citizen of the Year. Tim has played the founder of town in the Iron Heritage Festival, advocated for tax-exempt status for local charities and led committees as a servant of public life in Danville and Montour County.
